Since our product is digital (especially pdf format) and we send our product instantly via email. We don’t have any refund policy for that. But if you don’t get the digital product via your email for our technical fault or your fault (typing mistake in email) then, please contact us at info@cirt.gov.bd or shop@cirt.gov.bd. After checking your transaction from our end we will deliver the product to your mail.
